Formule Privée — Satisfaction & Returns

Your Formule Privée is composed for one person: you. Because every formula is made to order, we stand behind getting it right with our Remake Promise.

If your formula isn't quite right
Tell us within 15 days of delivery and we'll remake it once, free. We'll email you a prepaid USPS label for your original bottle — used is fine, and the fill level doesn't matter. Please drop it in the mail within 10 days of receiving the label. Your remake goes into production as soon as the return is scanned by USPS.

A few details
The Remake Promise covers one free remake per customer. Because each formula is personalized and made to order, we don't offer cash refunds on "not quite right" requests — but we'll always work with you to get your formula where you want it, and store credit may be offered at our discretion.
